High gas prices getting you down? We want to help!

Beginning September 1st, the American Diabetes Association will be offering FREE gas cards to our Step Out: Walk to Fight Diabetes online fund raisers.

Here's how it works. For every $500 you raise online in the month of September for Step Out: Walk to Fight Diabetes, you'll receive a $25 gas card. Gas cards will be mailed to the address you registered with 4-6 weeks after the September 30th end date.

Did you know that if current trends continue, 1 out of every 3 children born in the year 2000 will develop diabetes in their life time? By raising funds and walking in your local Step Out event, you can help us make sure that doesn't happen. You can also help the Association fund critical research, advocacy and educational efforts that will improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes and put an end to this devastating disease.
