MDVIP is a personalized healthcare program that empowers people to reach their health and wellness goals through in-depth knowledge, expertise and one-on-one coaching with some of the finest primary care doctors in America. As nearly 26 million Americans are living with diabetes, with an additional 79 million considered pre-diabetic, management and prevention is one of our primary areas of focus. Unless new measures are taken, it is estimated that one-third of American adults will be diagnosed by 2050.
Our doctors and patients are joining together all across the country to walk for ADA. In reaching our goal of raising $100,000, we can inspire the community to develop the healthy habits needed to stop diabetes in its tracks. Advocacy, research, and awareness of the disease are all essential to create a change for the better, and with your help, it can happen.
